Whenever I play guitar, I have my effects set up in a certain way. The amp goes into my digitech death metal distortion, then into my arion phaser, then into my mxr dime distortion, then into my weeping demon wah. I am wondering what effects pedals do you use and how are they set up?

i have a four channel Line 6 with built in effects so i don't use effects but here's my advice anyways. Effects that "colour" your sound ie.wah should go at the end of your daisy chain. i would line those pedals up like this from guitar to amp:

-digitech death metal distortion
-mxr dime distortion
-arion phaser
-weeping demon wah

See your first distorting your sound then "colouring" it with your phaser and wah. The wah should always go last in your chain. You have to be careful and make sure your effects have "true bypass" on them especially your wah or they will effect your sound even when they are not on. I'm not an expert I just read alot of guitar mags. Hope this helps you.

being a bass player i dont usually get to use my pedals but here they are:

1 Digitech SynthWah
2 " " Bass distortion/Overdrive
3 " " Multi-voice/Chorus
4 " " Digital Delay
5 Danelectro "Fish and Chips" 7 Band(octaves) Eq.

i try to use them but i really only use the eq pedal for midrange boost when im slapping or using other effects, soon im going to buy the digitech comperssor/sustainer and for kicks the digitech BP200 bassmulti effects pedal

if you cant tell i really really really like digitech pedals
